No. The DNS is for the official Brawl Stars, Clash Royale and Clash of Clans with your usual account and progress. Null's private servers with unlimited gems are installed separately; links are on the home page.
Battles connect directly to battle servers, bypassing the proxy, so the DNS does not affect in-battle ping. If lag gets in the way, use a VPN.
